That is a nice CD, my mom has it. I haven't seen the movie, though.

I loved the Eric Idle song! I only know him from Python but I love him. My dad and I saw a guy pitching at a Phillies game who looked JUST LIKE HIM and we practically fell over laughing.
I don't like the versions of Help! and Getting Better that have been in movies lately.

Oh man, I love Eric. It's too bad he's an old man now, though, because he used to be totally hawt. I loved him from Python originally but I've seen probably... most of his stuff since then.

All right, so I finally bought my copy of the "I Am Sam" soundtrack that my boss was holding for me for almost forever..
And you know, I'm not disappointed by any of the remakes.

Oh don't get me wrong. i like U2 as well. I've got all the albums and loads of singles. i just don't think they should have covered that song.
On a concert they did "In my Life" right after George died. That was beautiful.
A colleague at work has got an album from Laibach called: "Let it Be" Yes, they covered the whole album....Oh it's so awful!

This isn't actually a BEATLE cover, but close-- A friend of mine is into 70's music, but isn't quite all the way there yet--she has a bunch of CDs, but they're all covers of the original song. The Imagine one is horrific. I heard about as far as "Imagine there's no--", lunged over to the CD player, and turned it off. It was just too BAD.
