I'm pretty sure this is where we were discussing the use of Beatles songs in commercials. There's a new Canon digital camera commercial that uses Across the Universe, the Rufus Wainwright version from the I Am Sam soundtrack. Sigh. I just... I can't accept them using that song to sell cameras. No. Just... no. What would John say?  |

I'm so glad I don't live in America - I'm not subjected to the Beatles songs in ads business! I hate Michael Jackson too... he's such a freak. I wish he'd just drop off the face of the earth - and give Paul and Yoko the bloody songs back. |
