Okay, well I like making them. I woke up this morning and had the ambition to make one, about what was wrong with the world and like, "Let's change it!" So... I did. I wanted to share it, so I made a thread. If anyone else makes mixes, you could put them here too!
Change Has Gotta Come

Good songs, but which Revolution is this? The bluesy or the rock n roll one?

It's the rock'n'roll one... -sighs- I don't like that one as much as Revolution 1 (the bluesy one) but the mix needed more fast songs and this one was shorter so it fit

I guess I'm the only one who makes mixed CDs...
Angel, Won't You Call Me?
This is the story of one girl's first experience with love. The premise: An unnamed girl from New York attends summer camp, where she meets and falls in love with a boy named Angel. Although the love is presumably unrequited, it doesn't matter to her, as she is overcome with undescribable feelings she'd never been exposed to before. However, it wasn't to last, as her Angel was from Texas and as summer ended, so he left for his home. The story outlines our heroine's downward spiral - starting with the bliss of first love, down into the sorrow of having to leave him, and finally retreating into the despairs of depression, distance and lonliness.
The Decemberists - Angel, Won't You Call Me? Clay Aiken - This is the Night Michael Andrews - Gretchen Ross Michelle Branch - Drop in the Ocean The Rutles - I Must Be In Love U2 - Angel of Harlem The Beatles - Good Day Sunshine John Lennon - Angel Baby Michael Andrews - The Artifact and the Living Dashboard Confessional - Age Six Racer Sarah McLachlan - I Will Remember You Vanessa Carlton - A Thousand Miles Linda Ronstadt & James Ingram - Somewhere Out There Michael Andrews - Slipping Away Joydrop - Strawberry Marigold Bree Sharp - Fallen CocoRosie - Terrible Angels Rota, Coppola & Mascagni - Love Theme Anthony Fedorov - Angel Julian Lennon - Photograph Smile Billy Joel - Lullabye (Goodnight, My Angel)
*Notes: The three Michael Andrews tracks are instrumental tracks from the Donnie Darko soundtrack. Likewise, the Rota/Coppola/Mascagni track is from the Godfather soundtrack. "Somewhere Out There" is, in fact, the version from An American Tail. The Anthony Fedorov track is actually a bootleg from the fourth season of American Idol - the version I used was his first audition.

Eep, I can't even imagine making a mixed CD without a theme. That's like... french fries without ketchup! It's just not right!
