I don't know how to word this.
John = John.
After reading the first little extract of this thread. I was disgusted. Everytime i heard the name John i was like...
"Ugh!"
But then i read more. It seems as though. If you want to like John. That side of John comes with him.
and even though this thread is called "Lost of Respect" it seems weird that I have grown to Respect John...despite what he does.
Ok i have confused myself enough.

That was actually very insightful.
It's funny that this thread is Lost Respect because the bit I posted previously was what caused Yoko to split with John and JOhn to have his Lost Weekend!

Okay, now i know Paul wasn't the most faithfull man on earth haha and i also know about John. But reading these things make my kind of....dunno. I mean...I know, they're the Beatles but that doesn't mean they're saints. And I still love them to death, but it makes me feel weird and not wanting to know these things so i juts ignore them.

I think it was the word cock that got me going. I can't take things too seriously when i'm too busy giggling. But as we all know John wasn't the nicest person sometimes and I don't hold it against him. I think I would've slapped him or something ... but you know, he got a bloody knob. Karma.

But I know what you mean Jan, I used to overlook the whole Paul/Jane thing because I loved Jane so much that I didn't think Paul really did cheat on her. But, he was a flat out bastard when she wasn't there, and I hate thinking about it. y'know? Just because you hold them so high that you don't want to believe it.

I'm reading this book about him now where he actually tells HIMSelf about the way he treated her. I myself am more a Linda fan but I think you should treat people nice especcially the one who's your girlfriend. Theres one part in the book where Paul tells about the time when he went out a lot....picking up other girls. And one evening he tells John he's going out with this other bird. Then John asks him: But what does Jane think about that? Then Paul replies: I don't care...it's like we're married or something and walked away. Oh that made me so angry....but just for a little while. Paul is Paul and I love him too much to dislike him hehe. And John is John I know. Finally someone who thinks it's funny too....  hahaha |

But the real question is, how many of you would mind bedding down with Paul even though he was dating Jane? I am not trying to disrepect, but I assume you'd want to. I mean he IS Paul!
