I'm sorry, and I don't want to start a massive riot, but damn. I can say I'm not so much a Lennon fan anymore after reading this. -------------- It was 1963 and the Beatles were backstage at a concert hall somewhere in northern England, scheduled to go on in fifteen minutes. John couldn't remember exactly where they were; maybe Manchester, maybe Sheffield.... it didn't really matter anymore. Beatlemania was already out of hand; everything was a blur. Sitting in the dressing room with the others, tuning his guitar, John got an urge for fucking- a knee trembler--and dispateched Neil Aspinall, to retrieve the nearest blonde, one with big tits preferably. Moments later Neil returned with the girl. She was a little bit drunk and not a day over seventeen - exactly what John wanted. He didn't say a word, he just stood her up against the wall, reached under her skirt, ripped off her knickers, whipped out his cock, and shoved it in. But when he pulled out, blood was oozing from the head of his prick and everybody was laughing. John was horrified. He'd ruptured a membrane in his foreskin. "You fuckin' cow!" he screamed at the dumbfounded girl. "Whar did you do to me fuckin' cock?" John was going to slap her, but Neil restrained him."Get out there anf play your fuckin' guitar, you bloody bastard", he said gently guiding him towards the stage; the others were already out there waiting. "I'll never fuck again!" John cried, sticking his bleeding cock back in his pants.. --------------

it is terrible and disgusting. i knew john was like, not the most respectful person, but that's going way too far.

It is going to far. She was drunk. And to add to it, he didn't even talk to her. I mean, what if she was there to see George or Ringo? Thats practically rape.

i just keep wondering who else was there. it says "everyone laughed" but who's everyone?
i don't automaticly hate john now, but that's too far. that just makes me wonder how many times he had done this before.

I don't hate John either, just the fact it made me sick reading it made me lose some respect for him as a person.
I'm guessing everyone meant George, Paul and Ringo, Neil maybe George Martin....

If I may ask, Icee, where'd that come from?
As much as I love John, I'm not surprised. It's appalling, but that... that was him. I've learned to accept the good with the bad, because I know he had a lot of, shall we say, issues. However, pulled himself together in the end. I'm not defending him, but I can't... I can't be angry with him.

That came from Nowhere Man The Final Days of John Lennon by Robert Rosen, who was asked to write the book by John just before he died.
I knew you'd have a different opinion, but I just can't help it, the fact the man didn't even speak to her, and that he was going to hit her, for something he did wrong, makes me want to smash my head into the monitor.
And I really doubt he pulled himself together in the end, he got worse as time went on. Not with this sort of thing, but I think he had mental problems, him and Yoko had problems, him and Sean had problems, and him and Julian had problems. I'd say the later part of his life wasn't exactly pleasant.

Wow. As much as I love him, that's so wrong. I feel really shitty having read that because I absolutely adore him. And I don't wanna look at him any differently. I mean, like others said, I knew he was pretty disrespectful at times, but that is really awful. Ugh

awe, this is sad. i can't help to think of the fact that there might be a woman somewhere in this world in her 50's or early 60's who was this girl. I mean, I think you'll remember that forever, even though she was a bit drunk.
I'm not trying to say John wasn't wrong, but it was too damn easy to get a girl like that. Look at us all here, talking about how hot the guys are and in our fan fics we're writing about how we make love to the guys etc. etc. I can imagine that girl being so happy when Neil brought her to John. I think if I was in that situation...well, it's hard to resist John Lennon. So she let it happen and John took advantage of that. The problem is that he was blaming her, when it was his fault and his fault only.
The saddest thing I think is that "everybody" let it happen. Ofcourse Neil stopped him from hitting her, but "everybody was laughing". That is sad. Some of them should have got up to john and tell him to be a little respectfull to girls.
Sad sad sad.

It's just too easy when you're famous and adored by millions of screaming girls to just take advantage of them. No, it's not right, but I doubt there are many rock stars/movie stars/whatever out there that haven't done something similar simply because they knew they could. I already knew John did crap like that. He was horrible sometimes, he really was. It's not like I've never been angry with him, cause I have. But the bottom line is, there's something I truly love about him despite it all and I don't think that'll ever stop.

Hey that is pretty shocking, but I wouldn't read too much into it because it's probably not true. It is based on the author's imagination and shouldn't be taken as fact. I've heard about this book, and the author is actually not even an official and respected writer. He's a taxi driver from new york who got bored and wrote a book. Obviously if your book has lots of juicy stories and so called "dark secrets" then it's going to sell more. He's just in the business of making money, nothing else. That aside, there are lots of stories about the beatles and random girls..but that's to be expected right? they were young men with natural urges..lol. i wouldn't hold it against them. John did a lot of bad things in the past, but everyone deserves a second chance i think. He put it right in the end...
