Well, that's a question for me. My uncle said yesterday that he got in by coincidence, cause Pete Best gived up... But I read once that George thought that Pete was very bad, so they expelled him. And they choose Ringo cause they heard him play in another band one day, and like it.. Wich one of the historys is true?!  |

Well,i think the beatles knew Ringo,because he was the greatest drummer from liverpool,and he played for other band,the hurricanes,i'm not sure.. so, they had a good relationship with Ringo,and they weren't satisfied with Pete,because he didn't fit well in the band. And they decided to introduce Ringo,and John or Brian (i don't know who,exactly) called to Pete and communicated that he wasn't in the band anymore. And in the beginning,the fans were really sad,because they want pete..but then,everybody loves Ringo,you know  p.s.: it was very difficult for me to explain it in english hahahah but i'm trying |

I remember reading Ringo saying "Everyone loved Pete. Why get an ugly cat, when you've already got a good lookin' one?"
Which is crap, because Ringo was so much hawter than Pete.
