This isn't a quote, but my favorite scene from the Holy Grail (this is random, I know) is when Sir. Lancelot is running owards the castle, and you see the guards looking really confused at him, then it pans back and you see Lancelot is in the same place he started...
I simply HAVE to rewind that part every single time I watch it.
