I'm too lazy to look it up, so I'm just going to ask you guys.
After the breakup, did John and Paul hate each other? Or were they still pretty good friends? Please respond A.S.A.P.

They were definitely not on good terms at the end.

Well it was kind of one sided.
John didn't want to talk to Paul, but occasionally Paul would show up at John's house for a jam. John didn't like that very much.

John and Paul did manage to get on somewhat good terms in 1976, when they watched the Staurday Night Live episode where Lorne Michaels was proposing the Beatles play 3 songs for $ 3,000 (he said they could give Ringo less if they wanted XD) and J+P almost decided to go.
However, Paul showed up at John's house the next morning with guitar in hand and John informed him to get lost and it wasn't like the old days where he could just show up.
So, mixed feelings, but John did say that they were on good terms before he died.

Yeah, I mean, they did patch things up a bit in the end - in 1976, but initially, they were both pretty mad.... what with the angry songs and all.
