Thank you thank you thank you for being just like me. Well not just like me but liking the Beatles as much as I do. On the other (nonbeatles) forum i'm on they really think I'm crazy saying : '" I like Paul's smile" or "Obla di Obla da isn't the worst song ever" I would like to thank you all for being crazy about that lovely fella's. I like saying: "Paul is so cute"etc. Sooo: [glow=red,2,300]I think paul is so sexy!! [/glow] Btw: thanks again  |

I AGREE!! I just joined like 2 days ago and I already love it here. I was talking to this guy in one of my classes yesterday. I had a Beatle shirt on and he said, "The Beatles? Psht. They suck." I sat there thinking "Oh, he did NOT just say that" for a minute (  ), when I decided to be calm and rational instead of scratching his eyes out. ;D So I said, "Have you ever actually heard the Beatles?" He said back, "They came on the radio once before. I turned it." Ah, the ignorance of the common (non-Beatle-freak) folk.  |

...some people...I have a lot more support, I suppose. I have you guys, for one(;D) and when I wore my beatles shirt, some guy like randomly highfived me. it was cool.

Aw...
None of my friends at school like the Beatles but they all understand my obsession and cater to it to some degree. I'm a crazy hippie, so a Beatles shirt is like... a relief on most days, because it's very mild compared to what I usually wear. It's usually very mild anyway, occasionally I'll use one to make a "statement" and then it gets a little over the top again.

i wear a beatles shirt everyday and never get harassed much, the teachers are pretty cool with it and i get some compliments from some kids(which is only a few) and others give me wierd looks or don't even care. once Someone asked me who the beatles where and i almost fell down.

I was wearing my all-time favorite beatles shirt, www.hottopic.com/store/product.asp?LS=0&ITEM=576002(hot 1965!!!) yeah, so I was walking into Language Arts, and this ghetto kid named Jonathan was sitting on a stool at the front of the class. First off, my LA teacher is awesome, every time I go to class he says a part of a Beatles song and sees if I can say more of it. Just wanted to point that out... But, yeah. I haven't said two words to anybody else in the class and Jonathan yells out "The Beatles suck!" and quicker then anything, I just yell out "You suck." and went to my desk. It happens all the time at my school, because, at the Jr. High you either like Rap or Pop music. Usually it's just my friends teasing me, but they all sort of like the Beatles so I know they're just trying to get on my nerves. Thank you guys. This really is the only place where I can rant about those four men who have saved my life. |

Ahhh.....lovely ladies. We all owe a thanks to each other, because it's great to have you all in my heart. It's great to come here and be able to talk about anything and everything... especially the group that has changed our lives forever. Like you ladies, most of my friends don't like the Beatles. I suggest songs to them, but they don't pay much attention. But that's o.k. Coming here is a blessing, because I had always wanted to share with other Beatles fans, and now I can. So thank you, laides, for simply being you. ;D |

This is the reason why I love internet ! Rivella - I agree ! Here you can say about Cute Paulie all the time (with me ;D) Zap - your t-shirt is just awesome ! I can't find any beatle's shirt in Poland ...  you don't know how much I'd like to have one ... In my class there's only 4 people which listening to the beatles . But really obsessed is only me and my friend One of girls from my class say that The Beatles suck but I don't care about her opinion... She sucks for me I love ALL Beatles guys ! ;D |

Most of my friends at least sort of like the Beatles, though I'm pretty sure most of them are the type that know the songs on the One album and that's about it,. Still, I never get bothered by anyone, and if I did, I'd simply feel sorry for the person. Because they are SO dillusional, thinking The Beatles are bad in any way. XD
Actually, I have a rule for myself - one Beatles shirt a week. I have five, and I alternate each week. I love Beatles shirt days, because I almost always get a compliment on them.
