I just got me a copy of this rare Beatles movie on DVD that was made I believe in 1979.
This movie is fantastic!!! ...and blows "Backbeat" out of the water!
I remember seeing once on TV when I was younger and I loved it so much that I recently searched and found somebody selling it on Ebay ... I am so happy. Just whatched it last night, and it ruled!!!
The acting is great in this movie, especially the guy who played John Lennon.
PS: If you guys haven't seen this ... you must try and get it!

what is it about? like the beggining of the beatles? do you think they have any more on ebay? are the actors hot?

Yes, exactely! Starts right before they hired Pete Best to be their drummer, and goes up till they come to America and do the Ed Sullivan show. Covers everything really well such as their first gigs in Hamburg and in Liverpool and gives you a good glimpse of their home life, personalities, strong friendships, and the struggle to make it to the top. This is the guy that I bought mine from on Ebay and I would highly recommend his company. The DVD was shipped to my house very quickly, packaged nicely with a custom case and everything. He even included a piece of paper with his yahoo email address in case I had a problem with anything. Very professional seller. At $15.00 it's a great deal as you will watch it over and over I'm sure such as I have. And yeah, I think you will find the actors good looking ..haha what is it about? like the beggining of the beatles? do you think they have any more on ebay? are the actors hot? |
