...pick a Beatles song for your wedding? Now, I know most of us are nowhere near getting married, but have you ever thought about it (cuz I know I have ). For the father/daughter dance at my wedding ( if it ever happens) I want the song to be "In My Life"... What about you?

Yes. I've thought about it as well. Haha, we're nerds ^__^
Well anyway, I want 'Here There And Everywhere' I decided this when I was probably about twelve
Then, if you watch Friends, Pheobe had it playing at her wedding, except on steel drums, that was pretty funny. But she stole my song, so I was a little pissed off.

I also think that All You Need Is Love would be a good slow dance song for a bride and groom. Real Love would have to be good for something as well. I love the song Real Love.

I would probably use Something, because I'm unhealthily obsessed with that song. Real Love is also a great choice.
Ooh, you know what would be the best ever? For your wedding reception, to get a Beatles tribute band. I would totally do that, if I ever got married. ;D Lucky for all potential guests, I don't know if I really want to have a big wedding. If I did, though, oh yes.

I just thought I really love Good Day Sunshine so I would probably try to work that in somewhere. ;D

That's a good question. I'm not sure which in particular I'd use just yet, but it would probably be one of the ones mentioned before... "In My Life," "Here, There And Everywhere," or "Something."

Beatles tribute band for your wedding, I never thought of that
I remember when I first thought of Here There and Everywhere for my wedding and told my mom, she said, "What if your husband doesn't like the Beatles?" and I said "He will" and she said "How do you know?" so I said "Otherwise I wouldn't marry him"

I would SO not marry a guy who didn't like the Beatles. Because, seriously, if I did, he would hate me. They're what I listen to 90% of the time!

Haha, exactly! I guess it was a cute little kid story because I must have been about eleven at the time or something.
'Course, I'm only fourteen now. Hah. I had been keeping this a secret but I figured everyone would figure it out eventually. Now it can be known that I'm the baby.

Are you really?! I'd thought you were older than that! Wow. Heh.
Oh, thought of another good wedding song - It's Only Love. I adore that song.

Crow, I thought you were around 18, to be honest. So you're "the baby" and I'm the old one of the group because I'm almost 23... But anyways, Emma, a Beatles tribute band would SO totally rock for the reception... And I agree with you ladies.....I always ask if a guy is interested in the Beatles and if he's not, I kinda shy away. That's why I'm convinced I could probably only marry a guy in a Beatles tribute band, because he would be the only guy that could obssess over the Beatles like me.
