Lots of forums have these threads..basically, you post, and you see what people like about your banner, and what the think you may need to fix.
It's actually pretty fun, and you get ideas on how banners work best.

Johanna: I love your banner. It's quite nicely done...almost enough to make me a Paul fangirl...  My only complaint is the text is a bit hard to read...but why am I complaining? ooer. ozy, I really <3 the banner, even if it is hard to read. it's one of my favourite pictures of him. 8.5/10 the thing is, we're all too nice to go anywhere below like a 7. Joanna, I love yours too, and it has lots of awesome paul. 8/10 Jan, yours is really nice. It always makes me sing eight days a week whenever I look at it. 9/10 and starrstruck I love the new one!! ahh it's great! 9/10 |

Mine really sucks, I'm not gifted using the Photoshop like some of you are. But hey. Simplicity.  StarrStruck... yours is by far the best banner evah! 9 / 10! Rivella, Ozy, Lookingthroughyou... I love yours, too. They are the perfect size, don't overwhelm the page, and have good choices of pictures. You three get 8 / 10. Joanna, love the pictures in yours, too. 7 / 10 I always thought Mindy's was cute... 7 / 10 there too. Emma your's is lovely! Love how colorful it is and the pictures are a very nice choice. 8 /10 Sgt Honeypie yours is nicely done... 8 / 10 IndiaRose, I like the style of yours. 7 / 10 |

Emma has the best sig, in my humble opinion.  Perfect width, perfect length, and of course the subject matter is great too. I'm not really a fan of HUGE sigs that take up loads of room  But they're all good I guess.  |
