But can someone tell me what this is, coz I don't get it. For me it it like the sentence is just ending...like...in the middle of it: ”Thanks for coming.” John spat, which earned him a,"

it earned him a "John!" warning hiss from George and Ringo... I did't see at first either.
It always fun to read stuff about Mal Evans cos at some point I always forget that his wife was named Lil. And then when they mention her I always do a double-take.
