I don't think I should make a whole new thread for this, so I'll post it here... Have any of you seen the movie 'That Thing You Do," it was written by Tom Hanks and directed by him. Anyway, it's so much like the Beatles, even the guitarist plays like John. It's awesome, and how they met and how they got big and all that, meeting their manager. I haven't finished watching it yet because I'm watching it in Communications class and we don't have a long time to watch it each period. But still I wanted to know if any of you know if it was intentional to be that much like the Beatles. I know Tom was a big fan of them too. *shrug* Just a little curious. XD! Yeah I watched this with my Youth Group before I liked the Beatles and OMG I loved it! Like how they call themselves the "One"-ders and people call them the "Oh-need-ders" ! So Beatles Oh, and the other day I watched Forrest Gump and I had completely forgotten about how John was in it! I was screaming- on a bus of Latin students, you must understand... |
