Wow, I feel kinda left out cos I've only seen two movies- AHDN and Yellow Sub.
Here's a little old fave of mine from AHDN that I have to explain again and again to outsiders who dont know the Force- The dude wheeling the mannequin w/ the beard and wig walks by george and the girl on his arm. George goes, "ha! I dont like yours." We all get this, right? Dont have to explain it, do I? good.
oh! when I showed it to me friends down east in maine- the two girls my age who are my real friends- the only jokes that made them laff are the dirty jokes. Says a lot, dont it?
My fave line in Yellow Sub-
upon arriving at George's house Ringo- What day is it? John- Sitarday Ringo- then George should be in.
!!! I may have mixed up who says what, but you've got the general idea.

I love the "Sitarday" line... I didn't notice it for the longest time, but once I did, it just killed me. That movie has such great puns in it.

Yes, like, "I'm a born lever puller."
It took me so long to get that one, it's sad.

I voted for AHDN, because I just love it to pieces. I often start to quote the entire train scene in the middle of a conversation. My parents stopped giving me weird looks a long time ago. I just got Yellow Submarine for my birthday and I love it too. It's so cute. ;D

I don't think I should make a whole new thread for this, so I'll post it here...
Have any of you seen the movie 'That Thing You Do," it was written by Tom Hanks and directed by him. Anyway, it's so much like the Beatles, even the guitarist plays like John. It's awesome, and how they met and how they got big and all that, meeting their manager. I haven't finished watching it yet because I'm watching it in Communications class and we don't have a long time to watch it each period. But still I wanted to know if any of you know if it was intentional to be that much like the Beatles. I know Tom was a big fan of them too. *shrug* Just a little curious.

I've voted for AHDN. I can watch it time after time and it doesn't bore me. It's so much fun to watch. And the boys are all sooooooooooooooooo pretty. I like the other ones too, because The Beatles are in them but A Hard Day's Night is simply the best!

I don't know if anyone ever notices it, but in the end, when John and Norm are arguing (AHDN, obviously) Paul is doing the CUTEST stuff I have ever seen him do besides his fake little smiles as Sgt. McCartney in MMT.
He's like...sort of pulling faces at Norm and just doing all of this funny crap that makes me tenniebopper every single time I see it.
So, yeah. Help! was the first movie I saw, when I was either 11 or 12, when I first got into the Beatles. I chose it because it was in color and because even back then 1965 was the hottest year for the boys.
But I watch AHDN everynight I'm not watching The First US Tour or Lennon Legend. So, A Hard Days Night comes out on top.

My favorite is "A Hard Day's Night". I love them all though... for different reasons.

Haha, I realized that all the Beatles show some skin in movies: John: In the bath, AHDN; full-frontal nudity in "Gimme Some Truth" *cough* Paul: Gum wrapper, Help George: Shirtless, Help Ringo: Pants down, Help That's too hot, haha. I think we were kind of cheated with Ringo though... But the way Paul smiles when it happens is classic.
