hmm we can work it out sounds basically what it would eventually sound like, but norwegian wood does sound substantially different. even the lyrics apparently had to be reworked. i liked that they toned down the sitar and brought up the bass, in the final version. Also, no offense to ringo or anything but i don't particularly like the drumming in the bootleg version, its distracting and changes the feel too much.

Yes the WCWO demo from Paul is just as he imagined it and eventually recorded it.
NW, is very much a work in progress. It has its charm and I quiite like it, but yeah Ringo is out of the feel of it or something and the sitar is too much of a distraction.
