I am absolutely in love with Something, and I also like Here Comes the Sun and While My Guitar Gently Weeps.
Solo-wise, my favorite is Isn't It A Pity. Also, All Things Must Pass, Beware of Darkness, Wah-Wah, When We Was Fab, and Handle With Care (well, that's Traveling Wilburys but still.)

Oooh, good question. With the Beatles... I love While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Within You Without You, Something, and Here Comes the Sun the best.
I haven't heard a ton of George's solo stuff yet, but I really love All Things Must Pass, Any Road, Stuck Inside A Cloud, and When We Was Fab.

George's song writing talent was amazing. He was a brilliant song writer. My favorite of his Beatles songs is "Within You Without You" my fav. of all his songs was one he cowrote with Bob Dylan "I'd Have You Anytime"

Here Comes The Sun, and Give Me Love (Give Me Peace on Earth). Both of those songs make me extremely happy.
